Our personalised graduate programme gives you a clear pathway to expand your knowledge and experience. It begins with Graduate Week, where you’ll discover our capabilities, meet senior staff and connect with your fellow graduates. You’ll then join your teams and follow a structured training and development programme to plan your next steps.

Internships, placements and apprenticeships.

Our internships, placements and apprenticeships give you the chance to experience real project work alongside our engineers while continuing your studies. You’ll gain practical skills, mentorship and insight into multidisciplinary collaboration, with the confidence to shape your career path and make a real impact as part of our community.

Application process.

Our recruitment process is designed to be clear, supportive and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Application & review – Submit your application, which our recruitment team will review. If your profile matches the role, we’ll be in touch for an initial conversation.
  2. Manager review – If there’s a good fit, your CV is shared with the hiring manager who decides whether to progress you to interview.
  3. Interviews – Successful candidates are invited to interview (virtually or in person). Some roles may involve a second stage.
  4. Feedback & next steps – After your interview, we’ll share feedback, discuss next steps and, if successful, make you an offer.
