Phase 2 of St James’s Market gets the go ahead.

The second phase of the redevelopment of London’s historic St James’s Market has been recommended for approval by Westminster’s planning committee. We are working with Make Architects on this project for clients The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties Group.

Following a planning committee on 17th December, Phase 2 of this project was given the green light by Westminster City Council’s planning committee.

The second phase of the redevelopment of St James’s Market seeks to continue the rejuvenation of a historic part of central London, a short distance from Piccadilly Circus. We have teamed up with Make Architects to create a new building that is considerate of the site’s context and history. The development – Phase 2 – is part of a wider phased development of the St. James’s Market area, with Phase 1 launched in late 2016.
