The Fitzrovia, our project with Stiff + Trevillion for M&G Real Estate with CO-RE, received planning consent recently. This highly sustainable, mixed-use building will provide 88,000 sqft of space over 6 storeys.
The new project in the prominent central London location will offer 8 residential units and retail at ground floor level. The Fitzrovia is targeting BREEAM Excellent, with work expected to finish around Q3-Q4 of 2024.
