Plans approved for Lansdowne House.

Westminster City Council approved plans on developer CO-RE‘s proposal to redevelop Lansdowne House in Berkeley Square. We’re working alongside AHMM to deliver this project in Westminster.

The landmark site is situated on the Southern end of Berkeley Square and will create a new sustainable and high-quality commercial building. The project is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum rating.

Developer CO-RE submitted the proposals to redevelop the existing building and create a new office and retail space, as well as connecting the building to the iconic square. Plans will also significantly improve the existing public realm surrounding the building.

Following two years of consultation with the local authority and key stakeholders, the plans were approved by Westminster City Council and construction is expected to start Q3 of 2022, completing in 2026.

The 10 storey building is made up of 225,000 sq ft of premium office space as well as retail and restaurant space at ground level spanning around 14,000 sq ft.

Congratulations to the team on reaching this milestone! We’ll provide more details on this project soon.
