Our project in Wood Wharf, designed by Herzog & de Meuron for client Canary Wharf Group, has topped out. One Park Drive is a 210m tall tower, which makes it our tallest project to date.
Part of the Wood Wharf development close to Canary Wharf, the 58-storey residential tower provides high-quality residential space paired with amenities including a gym, pool and a lobby spanning across the lower three floors.
One Park Drive is the flagship residential tower for Canary Wharf designed by world-renowned architects Herzog & de Meuron, with Adamson Associates as Executive architects. Herzog & de Meuron’s vision was to create a truly unique building, making each unit distinguishable. With three principle unit typologies, and with varied floor plans every third floor in each of these, was key to providing these signature features. The tower’s design required a considered and optimised structural solution involving a combination of RC slabs with localised PT areas to control sensitive cladding movements.
With the topping out completed, we’re now moving towards the practical completion stage. Congratulations to all the teams involved with the project so far.
